We wrote last week about the intense competition faced by beef in the domestic market, currently in the bronze medal position against the likes of chicken and pork as Australia’s most favoured protein. Located in Sydney’s Inner West, AUSTRALIAN MEAT EMPORIUM is a leading retail butcher delivering premium grade meat direct to public and is the flagship store for BINDAREE BEEF’s branded beef offerings. The store offers a unique cool room experience on a warehouse scale, with customers donning jackets to stay warm whilst they peruse the wide array of meat on offer including grass, grain fed and wagyu beef as well as beef that is hung and dry aged for 45 days in store. Having this extensive range of product on hand ensures that the store is able to cater for a broad range of beef shoppers.

Supplied by you, AUSTRALIAN MEAT EMPORIUM’s beef offerings are presented in a retail packed take home format as well as also providing customers with the opportunity to select and purchase whole primals, which can be sliced and prepared by the onsite butchers as requested. AUSTRALIAN MEAT EMPORIUM represents a major outlet for BINDAREE’s branded beef into the domestic market which, with the support of our producer partners affords us the opportunity to continue to supply Australian consumers with a quality beef product.
